CRDC Security Officer:
Cisco seeks an enthusiastic and passionate Information Security officer to set policies, design processes and drive initiatives to establish world leading security practices in CRDC and the Greater China region. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Information Security or supporting Engg development environment preferably with security focus. The candidate will posses sound knowledge in at least some of the areas covering network security, host security, risk assessments, policy development and enforcement, governance etc. The candidate will possess advanced analytical, communication and presentation skills.
The role involves building and maintaining relationship with business clients, IT management and various functional groups of Corporate Security Programs organization. This person will play a key role to define and improve overall information security posture of China region in collaboration with cross-functional groups. This position will report to APAC CSPO manager and work closely with global CSPO functional managers to drive efficiencies in day to day operations and driving projects.
Responsibilities include: defining and enforcing security policies, review of new projects for implementation in China development centre, design of secure environment in collaboration with IT support groups, overseeing incident management process and ensuring best industry practices are adopted and adhered to at CRDC and the region. This role is also will share responsibility with global CSPO team in driving training and Information security awareness programs. This will also entail working with various business units inside of CRDC to define, monitor, and audit security policies. The applicant will be expected to drive architectural and strategy changes within the team, develop and refine processes for monitoring, audit, and investigations, and to provide leadership and mentoring to junior members of the team.
Program Manager:
Cisco seeks a Program Manager to help lead Information Security initiatives for Greater China region. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Information Security or Information Technology Infrastructure projects and possess advanced analytical, communication and project management skills. In this role, business-level understanding, judgment, and the ability to delegate tasks and guide team direction and performance are essential.
