超奇怪的邮件问题

我公司使用自己建立的邮件服务器，用的是qmail+FREEBSD系统，现在有一同事（简称A）的邮件帐号在发送我们外国公司总部的一邮箱时总是不能发送,但是该邮件地址公司的其他人都可以发送，没有问题。总公司也没有将该邮件地址列入黑名单。为A建立新的邮箱帐号发了2天又有退信。现在该用HOTMAIL的邮箱可以正常发送，谁能帮我分析分析是什么原因。
以下是退信内容：
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mail.test.com.（我公司邮件服务器地址）
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<duifang1@waiguo.com>:（对方的邮件地址）

不奇怪，这种很可能是gfw的问题，可以抓包分析下

最后我没办法了，给他新建了一个帐号，就好了……………………

上面盯着要解决问题。.

总部是不是有邮件网关给拦住 了？或者换台电脑用这个地址发一下看看。也有可能是DNS或者是网络的问题。

说出真实的邮件地址。以便别人可以实验
