条件：
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree.
2. 1+ years of software development or test experiences, clear with engineering processes.
3. 2+ years of process and product quality assurance experiences in software development domains.
4. Understand CMM model or CMMI model, at least the PAs in L2 and L3.
5. Strong communication skills, kind, diplomatic, modest.
6. Ability to find issues and improvement opportunities, perceptive, decisive.
7. Good English reading and writing, easy to understand the meaning and purpose of English articles.
8. Experience of organizational data analysis and quantitative control, or working experience in CMMI L4-5 organizations is a plus.
9. Experiences of attending EPG or CMMI appraisal team is a plus.
