我不明白这一句：

请问运算符 -. 是什么意思？

就是加减的减

1. 
   
2.         amount > (total_price-0.001) and
   
3.         amount < (total_price+0.001) and
   
4. 相当于：
   
5.         amount = total_price

大概，浮点类型的数值没法做“相等”的比较吧……

是考虑到浮点数有误差，所以取价格时精确到厘
