Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining end-users Help Desk (Including H/W and S/W support), optimizing services
2. Monitor regional offices to make sure IT support service delivered within SLA.
3. Follow and fulfill procedures and IT policy to maximize efficiency in the Service Desk
4. Manage and support the Network infrastructure (Including Firewall, Layer3 Switch, LAN & WAN equipment etc.)
5. Manage and support the Server (Including Domain Server, Mail server, File servers, Printer servers, Antivirus Server, Linux Sever etc.)
6. Manage and support IT security according corporation security rule (Including PC, Server and Network level etc.)
7. Support asset management
8. Perform Backup/System Monitoring/General Maintenance
9. Facilities maintains
10. Act as an interface between vendor and corporation to ensure a clear understanding of any identified issues and be active in the resolution of any items.
Qualifications:
1. Above 6 years of experience in System Integration or in network and server support field.
2. Rich experience in working with multiple hardware and software platforms.
3. At least 1-2 years work experience in network configures.
4. At least 1-2 years management experience.
5. Good communication skills both in English and in Chinese.
6. Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
