职位说明及要求如下:
Position: Account Manager
Responsibilities:1.Meet the regions existing customer revenue goals including the add-on PNSR, Companion product, consulting revenue goals.
2.Being responsible for managing existing accounts. The Account Manager is taken as known to be experienced with Fourth Shift’s market and industry, and has demonstrated capabilities as a consultative sales person.
3.Understand the needs of your assigned accounts and deploy resources such that they consider Fourth Shift a value added partner. This should be seen in the customer’s eagerness to purchase add-on products and services, and provide references.
4.Create and maintain a documented, long term, account management plan for assigned and qualified accounts.
5.Work closely with the PSD department to uncover new opportunities in your accounts.
6.Ensure key targets for the company are met by assisting your regional manager in achieving regional revenue and controlling operating expenses.
7.Professionally represent Fourth Shift in your appearance, the way you communicate verbally, and in fulfilling commitments you make.
Requirement:1.Minimum 1-2 years experience in manufacturing or implementation of ERP/MRPII software.
2.Ability to qualify business opportunities where Fourth Shift Asia can expect to improve operating results of a prospect or client.
3.Ability to diagnose customer problems, develop solutions and communicate them effectively to customers' personnel.
4.Skilled at opportunity creation, pipeline management, and forecasting revenues
5.Proficient in the use of formal account management tool
6.Knowledge of Solution Selling and how to use in sales cycles
7.Effective interpersonal skills to work as a project team leader and to deal with a variety of different customers. Effective communication and presentation skills.
8.Fluent in English
