HP11。23的系统，创建实例drop掉后，重新创建实例报错

o   The given directory can be created but cannot be accessed.   
    It could be that the permissions on any of its parent         
    directories in its path have been set incorrectly.

Check permissions for the given directory and restart the install
process.  Suggested directory permissions are u=rwx,go=rx.

z命令是绝对没有问题，不知道有没有其他解决办法，我这里是重新创建db2inst1的文件系统，然后重新创建实例，

现在纳闷， 这个到底是HP问题呢还是DB2的问题

估计是没改相关数据库路径的用户和组,以及访问权限
建议检察文件系统db2inst1的用户和组是否更改,及访问权限
chown db2inst1:db2grp1 /db2inst1
chmod -R 755 /db2inst1
