本帖最后由 zhangmq 于 2010-07-19 13:25 编辑 各位好，在aix上安装nbu6.5。创建存储单元指定目录为/home/bakdata，/home不是跟/根目录在同一个分区。刚创建时备份是正常的，能顺利完成。不过系统或nbu服务重启后再备份就报code800错误（经多次测试都会出现这样的情况，刚创建时备份是正常的，重启后就有问题）。查看license也没有过期，服务也看不出问题？

status CODE: 54 "Timed out connecting to client" 两台WIN 2000,文件系统备份,其中一个正常,一个失败(54) 使用PING 正常 使用bpclntcmd -pn ,正常的机器2秒钟有结果,失败的机器20秒钟才有结果.换成-ip -hn参数,两台机器正常. 分别telnet两台机器的bpcd,回车之后,备份失败的机器大概2分钟才能退出.备份正常的则立即退出. 跟客户沟通,内部的网络没有用防火墙设置

本帖最后由 vovi 于 2010-05-19 10:43 编辑 一个任务报错了，如标题，显示红叉，但是不能停止不能删除. 1。../db/jobs/ffilelogs中尝试删除这个任务id文件，重启，不行。 2。尝试bpjobd -r jobid，重启。不行 3。参考http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/286119.htm 发现没有pempersist文件。还不行。 请问如何删除这个任务呢。 另外，nbkms到底起什么作用呢。nbac？

客户的备份策略新增加两个目录 ，nbu提示status 71: None of the files in the file list exist。我怀疑两点： client端备份新加的目录写错了或者文件系统没有挂接。晴各位指点！
