应用程序正常初始化（0x0000135失败。
新装了win 2000 server系统，经常地，非常频繁地报下错误：“应用程序正常初始化（oxc0000142）失败”错误，请教各位该如何解决呀。。。。？？\r\n\r\n还有打开一个视频文件，马上CPU使用值`定会达到100%，而且一直不下来。除非你关掉这个视频:sweat:
哪位指点以下，我刚装完red hat linux 9，进WINDOWS2000后，准备打cs是出现“应用程序正常初始化（0xc0000142）失败。请单击“确定”，终止应用程序。”还有运行media palyer classic时也是一样。昨天没装linux时还好好的，我还打游戏单碟。
