xfs格式磁盘I/O错误求助

本人所管理的一台备份服务器，将盘柜挂载为/backup，用来存储备份数据
备份数据时发现/bakcup I/O错误，无法进行读写。重启系统后正常，过一段时间又会出现这个问题。
查看/var/log/message发现如下错误

google了一下发现都是比较老的资料，没有找到相关问题解决办法，特向大家求解，万分感谢

硬盘坏了！！！！

看看阵列日志有没有异常
最好是把阵列删掉重建

杯具，换过硬盘后，当天晚上再次挂了
日志中还是显示相同的错误，这次再到机房去看，服务器没有硬件错误的报警
