我查了一下，思科文档对此问题的原因列出了3个：
stp 环路；etherChannel 配置有误；重复发送数据帧
可以按下面步骤试试：
1，确定接口地址唯一：show ip interface brief
2，确定hsrp组：show standby
3，确定standby组中每个接口地址不同
4，确定没有acl过滤掉224.0.0.2组播，和udp 端口1985
我曾经提醒你先把eitherchannel解散，不知道你尝试了吗，试试。

1。eitherchannel解散?您的意思是让我先将etheral channel 关闭掉对吗？ 不好意思，这个我还没有去做
2。确定没有acl过滤掉224.0.0.2组播，和udp 端口1985这个我真没有去过滤掉。
3。show standby 之后都是以下信息，我觉得也应该没有错C4506#s standby

终于有点时间了。

我看了一下。
1、你下面有4台接入层交换机。是试过每次只接1台的情况吗？
2、从你的配置来看，你确认一下运行的STP版本是同一个吗？譬如PVST PVST+ .RSTP .STP 。
3、交换机之间互联的LOOPBACK 检测不要开启。连接傻瓜交换和PC的要开启的。
4、4506上的G3/0口接的是什么东西。

调整完毕后，给我核心+4个接入交换机的配置。还有生成树的信息。ARP表。MAC表（每5分钟收集一次。连续收集5次）

   这个我没有仔细的去操作，但我试了一下三台和二台同时接入的，然后过了一个下午故障没有出现，之后我将第四台接入，过不了多久故障就出现，但有时也需要半天才出现故障。

您要让我收集ARP表和MAC表，是在4台接入设备接入的情况去收集，还是没接的情况下去收集？

1 你一次只接1台试试。我怀疑是其中一台有问题。而不是全部。
2 LOOPBACK 按我说的试试。互联的关闭，其他的打开。
3 收集的信息是出问题的时候的。

4 可以我看37的配置不是啊。一个明确写着PVST的。45的缺省是什么我不确定。

好的，我现在，已经将所有的loopback都已关闭了，

出问题的时候去收集信息，这个当然没有问题，但我担心可能收集过来的信息并不是太准，因为他出现故障时，并不是持续性一直故障，而过了一分钟左右，他又好，然后过一段时间又出现是这样的一个情况。
不过我会试的。尽量收的完整些。
