红帽在给我的后续邮件中并没有提到要收费的问题，而且只是说如果您要cust service可以联系他们的销售代表

有个问题是，

我去下载的时候并没有告诉我不能用在生产环境（假设没有写），也没有告诉使用会有过期，
那么如果我用在了生产环境，你现在再告诉我违法了，这算什么行为。

如果确实告诉我了，不能用在生产环境里边了，那就另当别论了，那就是我的问题。

还有问题就是redhat的绝大部分软件是基于GPL的，我也知道自由并不等于免费，我想知道哪些是红帽具有版权保护的，别人不用钱就不能使用的？

讲句题外话：centos是没厂商支持的，用在生产环境如果出了问题了，光靠社区来support简直是不可理喻的。
讲白一点，能力强的可以自己来support，不行的可以买红帽的服务，收费也不是很贵（知识就是力量嘛）
红帽不是靠卖订阅和电话支持来盈利吗？难道还要和微软一样卖版权费吗？
所以楼上有红帽inc的老兄还望指出如何使用才不会侵犯红帽的权利，之前NNPT兄的那篇帖子我也看了一些，但感觉没有说到实质，毕竟不像微软，大家都知道他的系统是收费的，可没多少人知道“啊，原来红帽也是收费的”。
（个人出入开源，诸多不明白的地方，还望海涵）

如果不用redhat的任何服务，不用交$的。 这个我跟redhat的中国经销商谈过。 而且，最便宜的subscription连电话支持都没有，只有web支持。
