s3c2440移植2.6.18内核后无法启动

各位老大，我自己重新做了文件系统 用的是busybox 1.13.1

把文件系统烧进去后就发生了这个错误

以上的是启动信息

我已经添加了dev/console和dev/null

并且在内核中选择了devfs support

不知道为什么还是不能启动shell

实在是很郁闷

各位大侠 有谁知道吗？帮忙解答一下
