E4500可以热插拔吗

我们这有一台E4500，现在要插入一块CPU/MEM板，看文档上说可以不关系统直接插(业务系统不能停)，想问一下有没有谁试过呀，担心这样做会有问题还有如果板卡的固件跟机器的不一致会不会有什么问题呀

Think it again before adding another CPU board online for Exx00.\r\nDon\'t surprise if the system crashes down during operations.

\r\n我一般在增加板子的时候都是停了加的.安全最重要呀.

\r\n\r\n\r\nIn the very eariler Exx00, only hardware DR supported. Afterwards, things improved.\r\nBut DR in Exx00 never work perfectly. It depends on Board P/N, firmware version, Solaris versio ....  \r\n\r\nYou can test it in development  but production environment.\r\n\r\nBased on best practice, the only trusted DR is in servers which support domains such as E10k, F15/20/25k.
