Problem about OEM

I can't startup enterprise manager after reboot Linux AS 3 (install 10g u1). anybody can help me?
Blow is some info in my Linux os:

[oracle@myorc oracle]$ emctl

[oracle@myorc oracle]$ emctl status

Maybe I need to install companion cd (ccd) for geting oc4j ?

你的目的是要了解Oracle，而不是了解更多的OEM知识

好像是丢失文件了。查看所需的文件是否存在！
