Duty and Responsibilities
Electronics design and engineering service project management. Be responsible for RFI/RFQ response, quotation, project schedule, risk management, finance, status tracking and delivery.
Interfacing with customer, counterpart, manufacturing site and third party design partner to plan, execute large-scale project/program and fulfill customer requirements.
Be responsible for project documentation, quality insurance and project cost and resources management.

Qualifications/Capabilities:
Bachelor/Master in EE engineering with 8 years above working experience and 5 years on electronics design or manufacturing project management in well-established organization.
Good electronics hardware design and engineering knowledge, solid EE foundation and certain knowledge of various electronics design tools, Broad Electronics products, technologies and technique knowledge.
Knowledge of electronics manufacturing, NPI, DFM, DFT, DFSS etc.
Good command of English. Be able to fluently express yourself in working environment, to write proper English for project documentation.

Position/ Title: Senior Mechanical Design Engineer/ Leader (高级机构设计工程师 2名)
Duty and Responsibilities
You will full time design and manage the project for above products.
You will be responsible for leading the mechanical design including front-end feasibility, schedule and cost estimates.
Work together with electrical team for product concept design, Solution.
Timely work with team and provide leadership to design team. Show out the design direction to team members.
Close monitor product development schedule to make sure we always ahead of schedule.
Close work with customer to provide quality result.
You will be in charge of DFM, Tolerance analysis, prototyping, tooling and production support.

Qualifications/Capabilities

Position/ Title: Senior PCB Layout Design Engineer (高级线路板设计工程师 2名)
Duty and Responsibilities
Perform schematics capture
Generate and update bill of material
Layout floor planning, physical layout, routing, and verification including DRC, LVS, and LPE
Layout techniques to improve circuit performance. Work with hardware designer to define optimal layout solutions, based on design objectives
Component symbol and footprint library creation
Qualifications/Capabilities:

Prototype bring up & design validation

Qualifications/Capabilities:

Qualifications/Capabilities (Education, experience, soft skills, preferred):
Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
At least 3-year experience in the design, test and debug of RF system boards design, such as GSM/CDMA cell phone, Base station, Bluetooth, WLAN, etc.

Duty and Responsibilities
Be responsible for digital system design, localization, cost reduction design and development of wireless communication devices, such as WLAN,Bluetooth,GSM/CDMA Mobile phone and Basestation.
Qualifications/Capabilities
Bachelor or higher in Electronics Engineering with 3＋ yrs of relevant communication product design experience.
Must have design experience in embedded systems, especially knowledge of embedded CPU/chipset. Strong system knowledge in Flash, RAM, ROM, LCD, camera, Audio power amplifier, earphone, microphone, cellular phone or PDA experience is proffered.
Ensure proper test, debug and verification of HW designs and hardware platforms prior to release as dictated by functional requirements of the platform. With good engineering practice to produce designs with the lowest Annualized Failure Rate commensurate with acceptable costs.

The hardware engineer (ATCA) is expected to work for developing ATCA boards/platforms for building up the high availability telecom equipment. She/He will work as part of a team and must work well under pressure and to deadlines. Roles description is as following:
Design and implementation of hardware systems (pre-production prototypes) compliant to PICMG3.X specifications. Responsible for circuit design and analysis using schematic capture (OrCAD or Candence Concept, etc.); guiding PCB layout; prototype verification using lab instruments.

She/He must work well under pressure and to deadlines. The selected candidate will be required to:
