一个错误failed to extend rollback怎么处理啊？

我使用的一个软件，日志报错如下：
FXZ[ORACLE]:ORA-01562:failed to extend rollback segment number 3
                      ORA-01628:max # extends(121) reached for rollback segment R02


请问：我是一个新手，只知道看看日志，怎么处理不清楚。楼主和大虾尽量详细点，
