我在装simsun.ttc时，我用ttfm.sh 把字体添加进去了，文件里有fonts.dir,fonts.alias.fonts.fonts.scale.就是没有他们添加时所说的encodings.dir，是不是是和fonts.alias效果相同啊，但是我的x-window为什么就是启动不了，总是出现failed to set default font path,在启动x-window时，我有添加load "xtt"啊，唉，真是很郁闷，每天都搞得我没心思睡觉

1. windows 下的字体可否直接复制到TurboLinux下使用？ 2.如何向TurboLinux下添加新的简体中文字体？ 谢谢！

奇怪的事情， 我反复安装了几次。 包括在4.9/5.2.1, 用ttmkfdir/ttfm或是手本的编辑fonts.dir, 用fc-cache后fcl-list都可以看到simsun字体在列表里， 可是启动kde后同进fonts设置要改变， 却死活找不到simsun。。 不知是什么为。

请问哪里有中文字包下载。找了很久没找到。或者谁能给我发 simsun.ttf 这个文件. 好急。谢谢了

我装的是最新的FD5.0。在用ttfM安装好SIMSUN字体后，但在XF86Config中没办法加入“ FontPath "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/TrueType/ Load "xtt"”。因为没有这两个选项,我直接把它加放到XF86Config中，X没办法运行了。请那位朋友说一下！谢谢。
