Solution Consultant(Urgent)
Report to: Core team Manager
Responsibility:
1.Handle cases from customers/channels/partners as well as act as escalation point to Trend L2 support engineers, deliver high quality total solutions to our customers quickly, courteously and cost-effectively. Be able to grasp the essential from complexity
2.Work closely with software development team and Service Engineering Group in identifying and resolving the problem based on experience and skill set; effectively interact with the engineering teams to provide solutions to complex technical issues, drive things forward
3.Conduct/Lead/Coordinate product Testing/Training/On-site Support.
4.Maintain and expand working knowledge of current Trend Micro products as well as their integration and methods of support delivery. Mentor and set-up skill set for juniors.
Background Requirement:
5.A Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
6.Minimum Three Years’ experience as a Network Administrator/Engineer, System Integrator/Tester or Technical Support in IT industry.
7.Global Company experienced is advantage.
Technical Skills:
8.Hands-on experience in client/server applications/environment, particular in any of the following applications:
· MS Windows Series
· Linux
· Exchange or Database knowledge is advantage
9.Certification on either of the following is an advantage:
· MCSE for Windows /2003/2008
· CCNA/CCNP
· Linux Certification (CLA/CLP, RHCE, LPIC)
10.Knowledge in software test automation or experience in software test tools development is a plus.

12.Able to manage multiple complicated assignments simultaneously, work independently and drive forward for a good result
13.Self-motivated and a good team player.
14.Effective customer service attitude and skills
